31. Udupi Cochin Shipyard wins Rs1,100 crore order for dry cargo ships from Norway’s Wilson ASA
- Bergen, Norway, based short sea fleet operator Wilson ASA has placed an order for eight 6,300-ton dry cargo vessels valued at about Rs1,100 crores at Udupi Cochin Shipyard Ltd, a wholly owned unit of Cochin Shipyard Ltd.
- The contract awarded in June 2023 for six 3,800-ton dry cargo vessels is being followed up for their advanced construction at the Udupi yard in Karnataka.
- European ship owners have placed orders worth some $750 million at Indian yards to replace an ageing coastal fleet in the face of tough environmental regulations in Europe.
- The orders will be executed within September 2028. Wilson runs a fleet of around 130 vessels ranging from 1,500 to 8,500-ton vessels, transporting about 15 million tons of dry cargo across Europe.

32. Uttar Pradesh becomes first state to generate one crore tokens through ABHA ID
- Uttar Pradesh has set a record by generating one crore tokens through the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) ID, marking a significant achievement for the UP government.
- Uttar Pradesh, India's first state to generate 1,43,00,000 tokens, followed by Andhra Pradesh with 60,33,104, and Karnataka with 42,57,944.
- Other states in the rankings include Jammu and Kashmir (38,87,226), Delhi (22,28,079), Bihar (15,65,332), Madhya Pradesh (12,53,722), Maharashtra (7,96,938), Chhattisgarh (7,34,781), Odisha (5,06,580), and Gujarat (3,83,789).
- Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) is an initiative of the National Health Authority (NHA). It is a health savings account launched under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), designed to provide financial assistance for healthcare needs to economically weaker sections.
- Each ABHA ID, linked to a citizen's Aadhaar or mobile number, features a unique 14-digit identification number, facilitating digital storage and accessibility of all related health information, consultations, medical records, and prescriptions.

33. Janman Sangi: Engaging local communities to bridge the gaps for inclusive development & tribal empowerment
- PVTGs, initially known as PTG, were renamed "Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups" in 2006, comprising 75 groups in 22,544 villages across 18 states and one Union Territory.
- PM-JANMAN (JANJATI ADIVASI NYAYA MAHA ABHIYAN), launched on November 15, 2024 with a budget of approximately Rs 24,000 crores, focuses on 11 critical interventions through 9 Ministries and aims to improve socio-economic conditions of the PVTGs.
- The scheme, launched on Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas, aims to provide basic facilities like safe housing, clean water, sanitation, education, health, electricity, and sustainable livelihood opportunities to tribal communities in remote areas.
- The government has altered rules under the Jeevan Mission, reducing population criteria, allowing PVTGs to be considered if they have more than 20 households.
- Community Volunteers serve as a bridge between administration and community, spreading awareness about schemes and services in 249 PVTG habitations, motivating and assisting with entitlement forms.

34. Indian Army inducts first-ever indigenous chip-based made in India 4G base station from Signaltron
- The Indian army has inducted the first indigenous 4G mobile base station, procured from Bangalore-based Signaltron via the government e-marketplace portal.
- Signaltron has built the entire system indigenously using India's first chips for 4G and 5G networks developed by Signalchip. This is the first time an Indian system running on an Indian chip for complex communication technology has been inducted into the army.
- India lacks a fabrication facility for modern semiconductor chips, with Signalchip designing and owning the technology, and utilizing third-party wafer fabs, similar to leading companies.

35. SEBEX 2: India Gets One Of Most Powerful Non-Nuclear Bombs
- Indian Navy certified SEBEX 2, a two-times lethal explosive touted to be among the world's most powerful non-nuclear explosives, aiming to revolutionize artillery shells and warheads by enhancing destructive power without adding extra weight.
- Economic Explosives Ltd, a subsidiary of Solar Industries, has developed three new explosive formulations, including SEBEX 2, for the Defence Export Promotion Scheme of the Navy.
- SEBEX 2, developed under Make in India, uses HMX explosive composition, with another variant 2.3 times TNT explosive power expected.
- "The three new explosive formulations can prove to be a game changer for our armed forces due to the sheer enhancement of firepower and explosive effect. SEBEX 2 is a new explosive formulation that provides a much more powerful blast effect than any currently available solid explosive," ANI quoted the company's officials saying.

36. Indian External Affairs Minister Diplomatic Mission to Qatar: Strengthening Bilateral Ties Amidst Regional Turmoil

37. DoNER sanctioned Rs. 217.19 Cr for SCI

38. Largest Pineapple shipment of the year boosts farmer's hopes in Tripura
- Pineapple farmers in Tripura have achieved a significant milestone with the dispatch of a record-breaking 30 metric tons (MT) of pineapples.

39. Assam government aims to enhance educational landscape of state, aims better opportunities, infrastructure
- The Assam government, in a bid to enhance the educational sector of the state, has ensured better facilities and opportunities for students and educators through improved infrastructure, crucial transformation and upgradation projects and the transformation of schools into centers of excellence.
- Under the PM-DevINE Scheme (2022-2023), the state government aims to convert 20 schools into centers of excellence which will provide students with a conducive learning environment.
- Meanwhile, under Chief Minister leadership, the NESIDS-OTRI initiative focuses on the upgradation of 50 schools across Assam. The scheme is accompanied by the RIDF-XXIX (2023-24) initiative, which focuses on enhancing facilities in 126 secondary schools, thereby ensuring that secondary education in Assam meets global standards.
- On the other hand, five school structures are being revamped into Centers of Excellence under the EPC-1 Mode Implementation, while the Tea Garden Model Schools initiative under RIDE XXVIII aims to construct 100 new schools, strategically located to serve local communities.

40. Indian Naval Ship Tabar Reaches Alexandria, Egypt
