91. Construction of Longest 'Make in India' Steel Bridge Completed on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway
- The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has achieved a significant milestone by completing the construction of a 130-meter-long steel bridge on the Delhi-Mumbai National Expressway for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project on June 23, 2024.
- A massive steel bridge, erected near Vadodara in Gujarat, was constructed within a 24-hour window, weighing 18 meters in height and 14.9 meters in width, and likely the longest of its kind on any national highway.
- The steel bridge, constructed using 124,246 TTHS bolts, was installed 15 meters above ground using a semi-automatic system. The project, executed under India's 'Make in India' initiative, showcases safety and engineering excellence, benefiting from Japanese collaboration.
- The third steel bridge in the MMR corridor, launched on National Highway 53 in Surat and on the Vadodara-Ahmedabad mainline of Indian Railways, is suitable for heavy haulage and semi-high-speed trains, with similar expertise applied to the MMR corridor.

94. Rajasthan Government’s Initiative to Support Tribal Farmers: Free Distribution of Hybrid Maize Seeds

95. India, Bangladesh strengthen bilateral ties with multiple MoUs, agreements
- In a significant diplomatic engagement, Prime Minister and Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina oversaw the exchange of several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements aimed at enhancing cooperation across various sectors.

97. Assam: GMCH performs northeast India’s first successful in-house Cadaver Kidney Transplant
- The Guwahati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) has achieved a unique milestone by becoming the first hospital in northeast India to have an in-house transplant team to perform Cadaver Kidney Transplant.
- A cadaver kidney transplant, also known as a deceased-donor kidney transplant, is a surgical procedure in which a healthy kidney from a deceased donor is transplanted into a person with end-stage renal disease, offering them a chance to live a healthier life.
- Assam’s Chief Minister, took charge of the health department, on 21 June 2024, announced that GMCH doctors successfully performed the first cadaver kidney transplant.

98. Strengthening Ties: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s Crucial Visit to India

99. Web3Assam and AIIDC Sign MoU to Boost Assam’s Digital Economy and Innovation Ecosystem

100. Nagaland releases first District Domestic Product report
- Nagaland became the first state among the North Eastern states to release a report on the District Domestic Product (DDP). The necessity of reliable socio-economic data to achieve the Prime Minister's vision of a "Viksit Bharat" (Developed India).
- Advisor for Economics & Statistics and IT & C, H. Sethrongkyu Sangtam, unveiled the inaugural report during a state-level workshop aimed at promoting the User Producer Interface on Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) and District Domestic Product (DDP) at the Capital Convention Centre in Kohima.
- The DDP report will help address inter-district economic disparities and promote balanced regional development. According to the report, Dimapur district boasts the largest economy with a Gross District Domestic Product (GDDP) of Rs 5,43,611 lakh for 2019-20, while Longleng has the smallest with Rs 62,112 lakh.
- Dimapur also has the highest per capita income at Rs 1,54,002, compared to Mon's Rs 77,738, the lowest among the districts. Sangtam urged officers and staff to work diligently towards greater economic prosperity and social inclusivity.
