31. Idol worth ₹1cr stolen from Poonthura temple
- A 'panchaloha' idol worth Rs 1 crore and another smaller idol were stolen by unidentified persons from the Sri Uchamadana Devi temple at Poonthura in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
- The idol was made using gold gifted by locals 50 years ago. The idol weighs 35 kg.
- There is no CCTV camera in the temple, we are checking all CCTV footage near all main roads to get clues about the accused," police said. A case was registered under IPC sections 457, 461 and 380 (theft)

32. TTD's Tamil Nadu LAC contributes Rs.63.5 crore for various development works in 10 years
- Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has contributed an amount of Rs 63.5 crores for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the last ten years for the establishment and implementation of various development works and construction of new temples in Tamil Nadu as well as Andhra Pradesh.
- The construction of new TTD temple at Ulundurpet, Tamil Nadu is in progress and is expected to be completed by December 2025. The entire cost of temple construction of Rs 25 crores is being met through the contribution of donors, out of which Rs 5 crores was donated by TN & Puducherry LAC Chairman of TTD.
- The TTD is in the process of setting up a new Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple at Vellore in Tamil Nadu based on a donation of Rs 5 crore, one of the biggest works taken up by the Tirupati Trust is the expansion of the Perumal temple. He said the Tirupati Trust has planned to spend Rs 150 crore to execute expansion works at the T Nagar Perumal temple, which has become extremely congested due to the ever increasing number of pilgrims.

33. सरकार की ‘प्रसाद’ योजना से होगा मनसा देवी मंदिर का ‘शृंगार’
- हरियाणा में पंचकुला के श्रीमाता मनसा देवी मंदिर को भव्य रूप देने के तहत सरकार की प्रसाद योजना से मंदिर के सौंदर्यीकरण पर 25 करोड़ रुपये से कार्ययोजना तैयार की गयी।आईआईटी रुड़की द्वारा इसका डिजाइन तैयार किया है।
- मंदिर के भित्ति चित्र नये सिरे से तैयार किए जाएगें। माता मनसा देवी श्राइन बोर्ड कार्ययोजना को मंजूरी दे दी गयी,और सभी कार्यों को के लिए एडवाइजर नियुक्त कर दिया गया।
- प्रसाद योजना के तहत मंदिर में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए 12 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से चार मंजिला मल्टीलेवल पार्किंग का निर्माण करवाया गया है। जिसमें एक बार में 300 से अधिक वाहनों को खड़ा करने की क्षमता है।

34. काली मां के मंदिर से दिनदहाड़े एक कुंतल के घंटे हुए चोरी, लोगों में आक्रोश
- उत्तर प्रदेश में हरदोई के कन्हारी में प्राचीन काली मंदिर से अज्ञात चोरो ने दिनदहाड़े घंटा चोरी की घटना को अन्जाम दिया।
- मंदिर के मुख्य पुजारी ने बताया कि 25 जून 2024 को वह कुछ समय के लिए मंदिर परिसर से बाहर चले गए हुए थे। जब वापस लौटे तो उन्होंने देखा कि मंदिर के बरामदे में टंगा पीतल के घंटे जंजीर काटकर चोरी कर लिए गए। जिन घंटों का वज़न करीब एक कुंतल है।
- पुजारी की सूचना पर सवायजपुर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची, और लोगों ने पुलिस प्रशासन से चोरों की जल्द गिरफ्तारी करते हुए चोरी का खुलासा करने की मांग की।

35. भरतपुर में 450 साल पुराने मंदिर में अवैध निर्माण तोड़ा, लोगों ने किया विरोध प्रदर्शन
- राजस्थान में भरतपुर के 450 साल पुराने जवाहरवीर बाबा के मंदिर परिसर में अवैध निर्माण को प्रशासन के द्वारा दिया तोड़ गया।
- नगर निगम के पूर्व नेता ने बताया कि राजस्व रिकार्ड में भी मंदिर दर्ज है, और प्रशासन ने गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर निर्माण तोड़ा है। प्रदर्शनकारी इस बात पर अड़े रहे कि मंदिर का निर्माण जनता के पैसों से किया गया है, अब प्रशासन इसका निर्माण कराए।
- प्रशासन का कहना है कि उसने सिर्फ अवैध कब्जे को हटाया है, और यह कार्रवाई मंडित कमेटी की शिकायत मिलने के बाद की गयी।

36. Tatas to build Rs 650 crore 'museum of temples' in Ayodhya, UP cabinet clears proposal
- Tata Sons plans to build a Rs 650 crore temple museum in Ayodhya, with the Uttar Pradesh cabinet green signaling the project, conglomerate will be given the lease of the land for 90 years at a token amount of Re 1.
- The state-of-the-art museum will meet international standards and showcase the history and architecture of famous temples in India.
- Besides this, the UP cabinet also cleared another proposal of the Tata Sons for carrying out development works in the temple town at an additional cost of Rs 100 crore.

37. Nita Ambani donates Rs 2.5 crore to KVT, Annapurna temple
- Nita Ambani, chairperson of Reliance Foundation and wife of Mukesh Ambani, visited Varanasi to pay obeisance at Kashi Vishwanath Dham and invite guests for Anant Ambani's wedding.
- Nita Ambani donated Rs 1.5 crore and Rs 1 crore to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Maa Annapurna Temple, respectively, and participated in the Ganga Aarti at the Dashashwamedh Ghat.

38. ASI to survey 8th Century Hindu-Buddhist sculptures found near Assam-Mizoram border
- A professor of Assam University Silchar and research scholar under him have claimed that discovered some 1500-years-old (8th century) Hindu and Buddhist-influenced sculptures at a hill area near from Assam’s Hailakandi district.
- Assistant professor at Assam University’s Department of Visual Arts, Dr Ganesh Nandi and researcher Dr Binoy Paul said that they had to travel through the forests for almost a whole night from Assam’s Hailakandi district, crossing the Assam-Mizoram state border, to reach their destination.
- According to Dr Nandi, these stone works have similarities with the sculptures found in Tripura’s Unakoti and Pilak, which are believed to be created between 7th and 9th century. “We believe that the sculptures found in Kolalian were created in similar period,” Nandi said.

39. Petitioner claims Hindu symbols found during ASI's Bhojshala survey
- A petitioner on claimed that a basement with Hindu religious symbols and objects has been found during the ongoing survey at the Bhojshala/Kamal Maula Mosque complex in Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district.
- The survey by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), ordered by the Madhya Pradesh High Court in response to an application filed by a Hindu organisation, started.
- The Supreme Court refused to stay the survey at the medieval structure which both Hindus and Muslims claim as their own. No action should be taken without its permission on the outcome of the exercise, the apex court said.

40. A day after finding ancient city, archaeologists unearth 2500-year-old temple in Raipur
- Merely a day after the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) unearthed a city near Madurai around 3,000 years old, archaeologists have found a temple in the Rajim town of Raipur in Chhattisgarh which is 2,500 years old.
- The temple, believed to have been constructed at the time of the Mauryan empire, is 9.65 metres long and 8.90 metres wide.
- The research showed that the temple was destroyed during flash floods in the 12 century. Idols of Lakshmi, Durga and Saraswati were also found inside the shrines of the temple.
