20111. Tata Power, Enviro to install 59 EV charging points in Gurugram
- Electric-vehicle charging infrastructure provider Tata Power announced that it has collaborated with Enviro, the facility management wing of the NCR-based real estate developer Vatika Group, to install 59 EV charging points at its properties across Gurugram, Haryana.
- The EV chargers will be installed at 18 locations across the properties of Vatika Group in Gurugram. These chargers will be made available as Public Charging Stations and Semi-Public based on the nature of the premises.
- Tata Power has deployed over 1300 EV charging points across different cities under the EZ Charge brand along with a digital platform to facilitate an easy and smooth customer experience.

20112. Loco raises Rs 330 crores in Series A funding round
- Game streaming platform Loco has raised Rs 330 crores ($42 Million) investment led by Hashed, with participation from Makers Fund, Catamaran Ventures, and Korea Investment Partners.
- Loco is the leader in game streaming in India and has the country’s most engaged community of gamers on its platform

20113. Workshop on plant genetics resources conservation held in Arunachal Pradesh.
- The National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR), New Delhi in collaboration with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Balek and Directorate of Agriculture, organized a plant genetics resources conservation awareness workshop.
- Over 120 farmers from nearby villages, including different self-help groups, participated in the workshop.
- Appreciating the effort of the NBPGR, ZPC Obang Ngupok suggested that the farmers of the state should make efforts in conservation of endangered species like Mishmi Tita, Paris polyphylla and develop the orchards of horticultural plants like litchi, mango, rubber, etc. so that economic status of the people can be enhanced.

20115. Tripura govt announces special scheme for tea workers, aims social security
- In an attempt to ensure social security of over 7,000 tea garden workers of Tripura, the state government has announced a special scheme named "Mukhyamantri Chaa Srami Kalyan Prakalpa".
- The scheme assures housing, rations and financial support to the tea garden workers providing them with facilities of state and central government entitlements in a clubbed format
- A sum of Rs 85 crore would be spent from the government's exchequer for the implementation of the scheme.

20116. Connectivity boost in Haryana and Rajasthan! Gadkari inaugurates 19 National Highway projects
- a total of 19 National Highway projects were inaugurated by the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in the states of Haryana and Rajasthan
- These projects are worth Rs 1407 crore.
- Last month, Gadkari inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 46 NH Projects in Karnataka. These National Highway projects are of worth Rs 19,930 crore.
20117. PNB Housing Finance stock rises 4% on nod to raise Rs 2,500 crore
- Shares of PNB Housing Finance rose 4% today after the firm's board approved a proposal for raising funds up to an amount of Rs 2,500 crore by way of issue of equity shares on rights issue basis.
- The firm reported a net profit of Rs 232 crore in the same period a year ago. Total income fell 26.8 per cent at Rs 1,495.61 crore, against Rs 1,896.35 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2020-21.
- The net interest income (NII) stood at Rs 439 crore compared to Rs 590 crore, registering a decline of 26 per cent.

20118. Every district will have one The Lighthouse School
- The Nagaland Education Mission Society under the aegis of Samagra Shiksha Nagaland conducted a one day block level training for the members of School Management Committee (SMC) & School Management & Development Committee (SMDC) under Educational Block Resource Centre
- With support from World Bank, the Department of School Education launched the ‘Nagaland Education Project- The Lighthouse – Nagaland Enhancing Classroom Teaching and Resources (NECTAR)’, with the aim to improve and enhance quality and learning outcomes of government schools in Nagaland.
- Every district in Nagaland will have one each ‘The Lighthouse School’ soon. the ground work for selection of such school has already started. The Lighthouse School will facilitate proper residential school.

20119. Ukraine crisis may shift some IT work to India
- The exit of tech companies like Accenture and IBM from Russia and disruptions in the operations of tech delivery centres in Ukraine is likely to divert more work to India
- It is also likely to bring more business to Indian IT services giants as global tech firms with large presence in Ukraine now stare at a period of uncertainty. Indian IT services majors have a fairly small base in Ukraine, as also neighbouring countries like Poland, Romania and Hungary.

20120. Singapore-based Resurgent Power selected for revival of South East UP Power Transmission Company
- The Singapore-based Resurgent Power Ventures Ltd has been selected under the plan to revive the financially-stressed South East UP Power Transmission Company Ltd (SEUPTCL), said Tata Power, which backs Resurgent, in a statement issued on March 9.
- Resurgent Power will invest equity and raise debt in SEUPTCL at a total enterprise value of more than Rs 6,000 crores
- SEUPTCL has approximately 1,500 km of transmission line and is divided into two groups. Group- 1 consists of 6 nos of transmission elements totaling 582 km of transmission lines (765 KV & 400 KV) and 2 nos of 400 KV substation with a combined capacity of 1630 MVA and the Group- 2 comprises 8 nos of transmission element totaling 953 km of transmission lines (765 KV & 400 KV) and 3 nos of 400 KV substation with a combined capacity of 4100 MVA
