21282. कोविड-19 से मरने वालों के शव दफना रहे पावरलिफ्टर अजमतुल्ला, कहा- दर्द बयां नहीं कर सकता
- बिना झिझक, एक बार में आसानी से 295 किलोग्राम वजन उठाने वाले पावरलिफ्टर मोहम्मद अजमतुल्ला कोविड-19 से मरने वालों का पूरे सम्मान से कफन-दफन करने का सामाजिक काम कर रहे हैं।
- चैंपियन पावरलिफ्टर का कहना है, 'कोरोना संक्रमण से मरने वाले किसी व्यक्ति के शव को उठाते वक्त जो दर्द मैं महसूस करता हूं, उसे बयां नहीं कर सकता।'
- अजमतुल्ला उर्फ अजमत वैसे तो एक आईटी फर्म डीएक्ससी में प्रोग्राम मैनेजर हैं। लेकिन, काम के बाद बचे हुए दो दिन (शनिवार और रविवार) में वह ‘मर्सी मिशन’ के साथ मिलकर कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण से मरने वालों का अंतिम संस्कार करते हैं।
21283. Hyderabad NGO supplies free oxygen cylinders to poor patients undergoing home isolation
- With many patients who are undergoing home isolation, a non-governmental organisation in Hyderabad is providing free oxygen cylinders to poor patients who are undergoing home isolation.
- Mohd Fareed Ullah, representative of Helping Hand Foundation, the NGO providing free oxygen cylinders said that they have been receiving calls on a regular basis demanding for oxygen cylinder and the response has also been good.
- Ullah added that close to 12 to 15 cylinders are being provided to patients on a daily basis. “We are following up with the other patients too and we are supplying oxygen whenever they need,” Said NGO Head.

- With कोलकाता की गली-सड़कों पर इन दिनों आपको एक व्यक्ति मोटरबाइक पर घूम-घूमकर गाने गाते दिख जाएगा। इस शख्स का नाम है शिबू दास।
- शिबू की मोटरबाइक में कई प्लेकार्ड भी लगे हुए हैं, जो कोरोना से बचने का संदेश बिखेर रहे हैं।
- एक प्लेकार्ड में लिखा है- 'मास्क पहनना न भूलें'।' दूसरे में लिखा है-'शारीरिक दूरी बनाकर चलें।' शिबू ने बताय-' मैं पिछले 20 वर्षों से विभिन्न मुद्दों को लेकर जागरूकता फैलाता आ रहा हूं। इस बार मैं अपनी बाइक से घूम-घूमकर कोरोना से बचने को लेकर जागरूकता फैला रहा हूं।

- शुजातुल्लाह की टीम हर रविवार को अस्पताल के अलावा वृद्धाश्रम और अनाथाश्रम में भी जाकर नाश्ता वितरण करती है।
- हैदराबाद के फार्मा कॉलेज में पढ़ाई कर रहे शुजातुल्लाह ने 2016 में ह्यूमैनिटी फर्स्ट फाउंडेशन की नींव रखी थी।
- उन्होंने अपने दोस्तों के साथ सिकंदराबाद रेलवे स्टेशन के आस-पास जरूरतमंदों को रात में भोजन पहुंचाना शुरू किया। आगे चलकर जब उन्हें लोगों का सहयोग मिलने लगा तो हैदराबाद के नीलोफर हॉस्पिटल में सुबह का नाश्ता बांटना शुरू कर दिया।

- इसके अलावा इस महिला ने 1000 लड़कियों की शादी करवा कर समाज में एक मिसाल कायम की है। राजकुमारी को लोगों के घर जाकर नाचते या गाते हुए जो गहने मिलते हैं, उन्हें वे आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लड़कियों को दे देती हैं।
- जब से कोरोना वायरस का प्रकोप शुरू हुआ है तब से आज तक गरीबों के बीच वे 1 लाख का अनाज बांट चुकी हैं।
21287. Honey export helps earn Rs 760 cr through foreign exchange: Expert
- “Punjab has emerged as a hub of beekeeping and PAU is a pioneer in apiculture diversification,” she added. Dr Bains further said that PAU was imparting trainings in beekeeping to supplement the income of farmers as well as unemployed youths.
- In all, 30 participants from 12 states are attending the programme, which is being organised by the Department of Entomology, PAU.
- Dr Balraj Singh, project coordinator, ICAR-All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) honey bees and pollinators, in his remarks said, “Sixty per cent of honey is being exported. This helps in earning Rs760 crore through foreign exchange.”

21288. MTAR Tech reports 50.5% jump in Q3 post-tax profit
- Defence and aerospace critical components manufacturer MTAR Technologies has reported a post-tax profit of Rs 13.3 crore during quarter ended December 2021, translating into a growth of 50.5 percent over the same quarter a year ago where it recorded a post-tax profit of Rs 8.8 crore.
- During the quarter under review, the Hyderabad-headquartered defence technologies firm reported a revenue of Rs 78.1 crore, an increase of 41.4 percent over Rs 55.2 crore a year ago.
- During the quarter under review, the company saw its revenue from exports increasing by 151.1 percent at Rs 31 crore, while the growth in revenue from exports during the nine months period of current fiscal amounted to 61.4 percent at Rs 51.5 crore.

21289. Skywalk connecting New Delhi railway station and Metro stations to be opened soon
- To facilitate smooth connectivity between New Delhi railway station and adjacent metro stations on the yellow metro line and the Airport Express Line, a dedicated skywalk is all set to come up very soon for public use, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) officials said on Thursday.
- The art skywalk, which has been constructed by DMRC in association with Northern Railways, is all set to be opened to the general public very soon.
- "This newly-constructed skywalk is an extension of the foot over bridge (FOB) inside the railway station and connects the Ajmeri Gate side of the station with the New Delhi metro stations of Yellow Line and Airport Line, including the multi-level parking side, across Bhavbhuti Marg through multiple entry and exit points, DMRC tweet read.
21290. ‘ठेंगापाली’: जानिए कैसे इस एक हथियार से 600 एकड़ जंगलों को बचाया है इस एक शख्स ने
- दामोदर ने ग्रामीणों के साथ मिलकर गाँव के आसपास की 300 एकड़ ज़मीन के जंगल का संरक्षण किया। वहां पौधरोपण किया गया और साथ ही बचे-कुचे पेड़ों को सहेजा गया। इस जंगल को बाड़लाकोट के नाम से जाना जाता है दामोदर के अनुसार, मोतीगांव, सिवनागुड़ा, गोईगुड़ा, कून्ना, सिरसियागुड़ा, केरागांव के लोगों ने भी ठेंगापाली पद्धति से जंगल बचाया है। इससे इलाके का भूजल स्तर बढ़ा
- जंगल की रक्षा के लिए उन्होंने ‘ठेंगापाली पद्धिति’ का अनुकरण किया।दामोदर बताते हैं, “ठेंगा का मतलब होता है खास बांस से बना ‘डंडा’ और पाली का मतलब होता है ‘बारी।’ इस डंडे पर बहुत सारे कपड़े बांधे जाते हैं, ये सभी कपड़े हमारी देवी का प्रतीक होते हैं। इस डंडे को लेकर हर दिन गाँव से कोई न कोई जंगल की पहरेदारी करता है ताकि कोई भी गलत तरीके से जंगल में न घुसे।
- अपनी बारी पूरी होने के बाद वह व्यक्ति इस डंडे को अपने पड़ोसी के घर के आगे रख देता है। दूसरे दिन उस पड़ोसी की बारी होती है और फिर वह तीसरे पड़ोसी के यहाँ डंडे को रखता है। इस तरह बारी-बारी से गाँव के सभी लोग जंगल की रखवाली करते हैं।”
