1. Bond for Lexington, Kentucky pastor Zachary King set at $250K
- Pastor Zachary King, 47, of a USA's Kentucky megachurch was arrested on 01 July 2024 for rape and sexual abuse of a minor. The court set the pastor's bail at $250,000.
- Pastor is facing six charges, including first and third-degree rape, first and third-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse, and the unlawful use of electronics to engage in sexual acts with a minor
- Pastor had a sexual relationship with a minor. Pastor assaulted the then-15-year-old minor, starting in January 2023 and continuing until April 2024, the arrest citation reportedly stated. Pastor assaulted the victim at the minor’s home, at King’s residence, and at LexCity Church.
- Accused Zachary King, served as the executive pastor at LexCity Church in Lexington, Kentucky, United States. Pastor resigned from the church, after being confronted by church staff regarding allegations that he had an inappropriate relationship with a minor.

2. Former Lubbock youth pastor indicted on multiple child sexual assault charges
- A USA's Lubbock County grand jury has indicted a former Lubbock youth pastor Luke Cunningham on five charges related to the sexual abuse of children.
- On July 02, 2024, the grand jury indicted Pastor on one count of sexual assault of a child. The sexual assault incident took place in 2017.
- In a separate case, the grand jury indicted Pastor on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault of a minor under 14, and indecency with a child by exposure. The second incident took place in 2018.
- Pastor Cunningham took a job as a student minister at Lakeside Baptist until the church terminated him in early June 2024. Pastor currently being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond. Pastor was arrested in June 2024 in Shallowater.

3. CSI Immanuel Church presbyter makes anti-Hindu remarks during sermon, booked
- Prince Calvin, a presbyter at CSI Immanuel Church in Coimbatore, is facing legal action for making derogatory and divisive remarks about Hindus, particularly targeting Brahmins, during a sermon on June 16, 2024.
- Calvin disparagingly equated practices of Hindu spirituality with consuming cow urine and dung, insulting beliefs and customs associated with Sanatana Dharma. His comments about caste, untouchability, and the Hindu customs of consuming cow-related products caused outrage and condemnation.
- The video of Calvin's sermon, initially shared on the church's social media platforms, was made private after facing backlash. He now faces charges under Sections 153 A, 295 A, 504, and 505 (ii) of the IPC for inciting enmity and communal tension through his statements.
- The sermon veered from discussing daily worship to criticizing Sanatana Dharma, sparking controversy and leading to a police case being registered against Calvin for his inflammatory remarks on June 16, 2024.
