23321. म्यांमार में सित्वे पोर्ट का संचालन करेगा भारत, पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों पर चीन के खतरे को कम करने में मिलेगी मदद
- दोनो देशों के विदेश मंत्रालयों के बीच एक अहम बैठक हुई जिसमें द्वपिक्षीय रिश्तों की नए सिरे से समीक्षा की गई। यह हाल के दिनों में तीसरे पड़ोसी देश के साथ सहयोग बैठक थी। इसके पहले श्रीलंका के साथ शिखर बैठक व बांग्लादेश के साथ विदेश मंत्रियों के स्तर पर बैठक हुई है। म्यांमार के साथ विमर्श बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए विदेश सचिव हर्ष श्रृंगला ने पड़ोसी देश के लिए कई तरह की सहयोग योजनाओं का ऐलान किया।
- श्रृंगला ने अपने भाषण में कहा कि, भारत अभी म्यांमार को 1.4 अरब डॉलर की मदद कर रहा है।
- कोविड महामारी के बावजूद हम अगले वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में सित्वे परियोजना का संचालन शुरु करने जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा भारत-म्यांमार-थाईलैंड को जोड़ने वाली ट्राइलेटरल हाइवे पर निíमत होने वाली 69 पुलों के निर्माण के लिए जल्द ही निविदा आमंत्रित किया जाने वाला है।
23322. Export-Import Bank of India extends USD 448 million line of credit to Uzbekistan

23323. India's fundamentals demand much better rating, GDP growth to decline this year: CEA Subramanian
- In first official comments since Moody's Investors Service downgraded the country's rating and S&P retained it at the lowest investment grade, chief economic adviser (CEA) Krishnamurthy Subramanian said India's economy will witness a decline in the current fiscal, but the drop will be limited if there is an economic recovery in the October-March period.
- Speaking to reporters, he said the finance ministry had in April, which was just weeks into lockdown, had estimated GDP growth at 1.5-2 per cent in the current fiscal on anticipation of a V-shaped recovery. "The V-shaped recovery is driven by evidence of what was seen in the Spanish Flu... The anticipation of recovery ... what is uncertain though whether the recovery will happen in the second half of the year or will it happen next year and therefore the actual growth will depend critically on when the recovery happens. "If recovery does not happen this year, the economy will basically have a decline in output this year and suppose in the second half there is a recovery, that may be limited," Subramanian said.
- The Indian economy grew at the slowest pace in 11 years at 4.2 per cent in 2019-20. S&P Global Ratings and Fitch Ratings has forecast India's economy to shrink by 5 per cent in the current fiscal, while Moody's has projected growth to contract by 4 per cent. S&P, however, has projected GDP growth to bounce back to 8.5 per cent, Fitch expects it at 9.5 per cent in 2021-22. Moody's has forecast growth at 8.7 per cent next year.

23324. पहली बार भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 500 अरब डॉलर के पार, चीन-जापान के बाद सबसे ज्यादा
- देश का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार (Forex Reserve) इतिहास में पहली बार 500 अरब डॉलर के पार हो गया है। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने बताया कि 5 जून को समाप्त हुए सप्ताह में भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 8.22 अरब डॉलर बढ़ गया और कुल भंडार 501.70 अरब डॉलर का हो गया। उससे पहले 29 मार्च को खत्म हुए सप्ताह में विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार में 3.44 अरब डॉलर की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई थी और तब कुल 493.48 अरब डॉलर का भंडार हो गया था।
- भारत के पास अब दुनिया का तीसरा बड़ा भंडार - भारत पहले ही विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार के मामले में रूस और दक्षिण कोरिया से आगे निकल गया है।
- अब भारत चीन और जापान के बाद तीसरे स्थान पर पहुंच गया है। उन्होंने एक आर्टिकल का लिंक ट्विटर पर शेयर किया था, जिसके मुताबिक पिछले सप्ताह में रहा 493 अरब डॉलर का भंडार अगले 17 महीने तक की आयात जरूरतों के लिए पर्याप्त है।

23325. लॉकडाउन से अप्रैल में 12 करोड़ जॉब गईं:लेकिन मई में 2 करोड़ और जून में 7 करोड़ नौकरियां मिलीं भी, इनमें से 64% से ज्यादा छोटे दुकानदार और दिहाड़ी मजदूर
- कोरोना को फैलने से रोकने के लिए लगाए गए लॉकडाउन की वजह से देशभर में 12 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोगों की नौकरियां चली गई थीं। हालांकि, अच्छी बात ये रही कि लॉकडाउन में ढील मिलते ही और फिर से काम पटरी पर लौटते ही इनमें से 75% से ज्यादा नौकरियां लौट आईं।
- सेंटर फॉर मॉनिटरिंग इंडियन इकोनॉमी यानी सीएमआईई के डेटा के मुताबिक, मई में 2 करोड़ से ज्यादा और जून में 7 करोड़ नौकरियां आई हैं। इस हिसाब से अप्रैल में लॉकडाउन के कारण जो 12.2 करोड़ नौकरियां गई थीं, उनमें से 9.1 करोड़ नौकरियां दोबारा आ गई हैं।
- सीएमआईई के डेटा के मुताबिक, जून 2020 में जो 7 करोड़ नौकरियां आईं हैं, उनमें से 4.44 करोड़ नौकरियां डेली वेजर्स को मिली हैं। यानी ऐसे लोग जिनकी कमाई रोज होती है। इसमें छोटे दुकानदार और दिहाड़ी मजदूर आते हैं। इसका मतलब हुआ कि 7 करोड़ नौकरियों में से 63% से ज्यादा नौकरियां डेली वेजर्स के लिए आई हैं। वहीं, मई में आने वाली कुल नौकरियों में से 68% नौकरियां डेली वेजर्स की थीं।

- एसएंडपी बीएसई आईटी इंडेक्स इस साल भारत में सबसे अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने वाले सेक्टोरल गेज में से एक है। यह इस महीने 20% से अधिक बढ़ा है। जबकि सेंसेक्स 9.2% बढ़ा है।
- एसएंडपी बीएसई आईटी इंडेक्स के लिए 12 महीने के फॉरवर्ड इनकम का अनुमान जुलाई में 4.6 % ऊपर हो गया है।

23327. रिकॉर्ड ऊंचाई पर पहुंचा देश का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार, जानिए भारत को कैसे होगा फायदा
- देश का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 24 जुलाई को समाप्त सप्ताह के दौरान 4.99 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 522.63 अरब डॉलर के रिकॉर्ड सर्वकालिक ऊंचाई पर पहुंच गया। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के ताजा आंकड़ों में यह जानकारी दी गई। इससे पूर्व के सप्ताह में देश का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 1.275 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 517.637 अरब डॉलर हो गया था।
- रिजर्व बैंक के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, समीक्षाधीन सप्ताह में विदेशी मुद्रा आस्तियां 3.60 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 480.48 अरब डॉलर हो गईं। रिजर्व बैंक के अनुसार, समीक्षाधीन सप्ताह में स्वर्ण आरक्षित भंडार 1.357 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 36.10 अरब डॉलर हो गया।
- रिजर्व बैंक के आंकड़े दर्शाते हैं कि समीक्षाधीन सप्ताह में अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष में विशेष आहरण अधिकार 90 लाख डॉलर बढ़कर 1.464 अरब डॉलर हो गया, जबकि आईएमएफ में देश का आरक्षित मुद्रा भंडार 2.5 करोड़ डॉलर बढ़कर 4.585 अरब डॉलर हो गया।

23328. मोदी सरकार को बड़ी राहत! डिमांड बढ़ने से 13 साल के हाई पर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग PMI
- परचेजिंग मैनेजर्स इंडेक्स (पीएमआई) का इस्तेमाल मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और सर्विस सेक्टर की स्थिति का आंकलन करने के लिए किया जाता है. यह अलग-अलग कारोबारी पहलुओं पर मैनेजरों की राय के आधार पर तैयार होता है, जिसमें हजारों मैनेजरों से उत्पाद, नए ऑर्डर, उद्योग की उम्मीदों एवं आशंकाओं और रोजगार से जुड़ी हुई राय ली जाती है. आईएचएस मार्किट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग पीएमआई (IHS Markit PMI) सर्वे के अनुसार मैन्युफैक्चरिंग पीएमआई इंडेक्स अक्टूबर में 58.9 रहा है. अक्टूबर 2007 के बाद यह इसका सबसे ऊंचा स्तर है. वहीं, सितंबर 2020 में यह 56.8 अंक था.
- यह लगातार तीसरा महीना है जब मैन्युफैक्चरिंग पीएमआई में लगातार ग्रोथ आई है. इससे प्रोडक्टशन और जॉब एक्टिविटी में भी तेजी दिखाई दे रही है. पीएमआई का 50 अंक से ऊपर रहना गतिविधियों में विस्तार, जबकि 50 अंक से नीचे रहना गिरावट के रुख को दर्शाता है.
- ओवरआल डिमांड को ट्रैक करने वाले आउटपुट और नए ऑर्डर, दोनों में 12 साल से भी ज्यादा समय में सबसे ज्यादा तेजी दिख रही है. साथ ही फॉरेल डिमांड में भी दिसंबर 2014 के बाद से सबसे ज्यादा तेजी आई है. हालांकि यह लगातार 7वां महीना है जब कंपनियों ने स्टाफ की संख्या में कटौती की है.

23329. Economy moving faster than expected; global investors eyeing India to invest: DEA Secy Tarun Bajaj
- Tarun Bajaj said that all economic parameters are improving and he continues to see an uptick in the economy in the past few months.
- The DEA Secretary underlined that the month of October saw higher power consumption, increased railway freight and e-way bills, and a rise of 116 per cent in toll collections. While FPI stood at $3.2 billion in the month, bank credit rose 5.8 per cent.
- On the brighter side, Tarun Bajaj informed that there has been a lot of traction and inquiries from investors to invest in India, despite Covid-19. He said that the trend shows that India’s growth story is intact. He also apprised that big funds will hold one-on-one talks with PM Narendra Modi for the next two weeks in the Global Investor Roundtable.

23330. Startup India: Govt recognized startups jump 57% under PM Modi’s pet scheme; tally nears 40,000
- From around 24,927 companies recognized as startups in November last year by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, the number has jumped to 39,114 startups as of November 3, 2020.
- Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), in its Vision document last year had aimed at 50,000 new startups, 20 lakh direct and indirect jobs by 2024 along with 500 new incubators and accelerators, 100 innovation zones in urban local bodies, and seven research parks to help startups.
- Out of the existing Rs 10,000 crore Fund of Funds, as of February 18, 2020, SIDBI had committed Rs 3123.20 crore to 47 SEBI registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) that have invested Rs 3,378.47 crore into 320 startups out of which Rs 912.91 crore have been drawn from Fund of Funds for startups. The fund does not invest directly into startups but offers capital to the AIF as daughter funds who in turn fund startups through equity and equity-linked instruments.
