- After a brief stint as the CTO of MyGlamm (beauty startup), which allowed Nishant to shore up his finances, he founded Zeuva Automotive in 2016, with the mission of building and popularising electric motorcycles.
- Even though EVs were just about beginning to buzz globally, their presence in India was almost absent. Zeuva soon realised that a large part of the EV problem was around batteries.

Founded in March 2018 by Ravitej Yadalam and Navaneeth KN, Lightwing says it can significantly help improve team and infrastructure efficiency by optimising the use of public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean. “There are many cloud spend monitoring and analytics products in the market today. But there isn't a single product or platform that provides real, tangible savings through CloudOps automation and resource management for the various ways in which businesses consume public clouds. That's where Lightwing's intelligent CloudOps automation comes in,” says Ravitej Yadalam, Co-founder and CEO of Lightwing.

- इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एवं आईटी मंत्री रवि शंकर प्रसाद ने कहा कि अब मोबाइल फोन निर्माण में चीन को पीछे छोड़ना भारत का लक्ष्य है। मोबाइल फोन निर्माण में देश को नंबर-वन बनाने के लिए अगस्त से सरकार ने प्रोडक्शन लिंक्ड इंसेंटिव (पीएलआइ) स्कीम शुरू की है।
- इंडियन सेल्यूलर एंड इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एसोसिएशन (आइसीइए) के मुताबिक अगले वर्ष मार्च तक भारत का लैपटॉप आयात पांच अरब डॉलर यानी करीब 38,750 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य तक पहुंच जाएगा। इनमें अकेले चीन की हिस्सेदारी 4.37 अरब डॉलर यानी लगभग 32,775 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की होगी।
- लैपटॉप जैसी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स वस्तुओं के निर्माण को पीएलआइ स्कीम से जोड़ने पर चीन से आयात में कमी के साथ भारत मोबाइल फोन की तरह लैपटॉप का प्रमुख निर्यातक देश बन सकता है।
