- 1. बेंगलुरु में रहने वाले 42 वर्षीय महेश कृष्णन ने मिट्टी का घर (Mud House) बनाने की पहल की है।महेश ने अकेले ही 300 स्क्वायर फ़ीट जमीन पर काम किया।
- 2. महेश ने घर के निर्माण में लोकल रॉ मटीरियल का इस्तेमाल किया है जैसे- मिट्टी, गोबर, बांस, पत्थर, धान की पराली, ताड़ के पत्ते आदि। उनकी निर्माण तकनीक भी प्रकृति के अनुकूल ही रही।
- 3. इस घर के पास ही उन्होंने एक किचन गार्डन भी लगाया था ताकि लोगों को शुद्ध सब्जियां भी मिले।
22762. Pune based start-up all set to bring non-toxic, gentler, long lasting hand sanitiser to the market
- 1. The alcohol free, aqueous, non-inflammable and non-toxic hand sanitizer has been developed from Silver Nanoparticles by a Pune based start-up.
- 2. The hand sanitizer developed by WeinnovateBiosolutions prolongs antimicrobial activity thus obviating the need for repeated applications.Silver nanoparticles give slow and sustained release of silver ions to kill microorganisms that come in contact. Besides, it can be stored in ambient conditions.
- 3. A study to evaluate the efficacy of hand sanitiser on different types of viruses is also currently underway by the group.
22763. Kinetic Green And Aima To Develop Electric Two-wheelers
- Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions has announced that they are entering into a collaboration with global electric vehicle giant, Aima Technology Group, to co-design and develop electric two-wheelers for the growing Indian market. Kinetic and Aima have entered into a long-term collaboration to co-develop electric two-wheeled vehicles for Indian consumers
- Aima shall assist Kinetic with design, and support for modifications and rapid localisation of the models to suit Indian customer requirements. Together, they plan to launch at least 3 new models during 2022-23 in India, including models from Aima’s new advanced high-speed scooter platform.
- Aima ranked 1st in electric two-wheeler player in the World for successive 6 years out of past 10 years, and brand value ranked 1st by C-BPI and led the entire industry for 12 consecutive years. Aima boasts of over 1000 models in their product portfolio, which covers electric two, three, and four-wheelers
22764. After 10-minute grocery delivery, a 15-minute ambulance service grabs investor interest
- StanPlus has raised $20 million to cut down its response time from 15 to eight minutes. It has raised an additional $2 million from Grip Invest for leasing ambulances. The company has a network of 3,000 ambulances, of which it owns 200.
- The company also plans to use this capital to work with over 500 hospitals across 15 metro and Tier II regions of India — including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Jaipur and Ahmedabad — in the next 18 months. It has raised an additional $2 million from Grip Invest for leasing ambulances.

22766. Stalled by Covid curbs, Isro now goes on fast-track, to launch 5 satellites in 3 months
- In the next three months, Isro is targeting to launch five satellite missions involving three rocket launches, which also include the maiden launch of India’s first newly-developed small satellite launch vehicle (SSLV or mini-PSLV) targeted at scaling up launches of small-sized commercial satellites.
- the Isro chairman mentioned a RISAT-1A satellite launch with PSLV C5-2 rocket scheduled for February, OCEANSAT-3, INS2B and ANAND satellite launches by PSLV C-53 in March and SSLV-D1 launching a microSAT in April.
- Before the final manned mission in 2023, Isro is planning to launch two unmanned missions, the second one will carry a ‘vyommitra (humanoid)’, before the final mission involving two or three gagannauts to space for seven days.

- IAS officer Mukta Arya, who served as district election officer of Howrah assembly constituency during West Bengal polls last year, had lost her father a day before polling in her constituency but this did not keep her from reporting to work the next day to ensure a smooth and peaceful election.

22768. First In History, Security Officer of Parliament Awarded President's Police Medal
- Bhuwan Chandra Joshi, Deputy Inspector General of Border Security Force and presently serving as Director (Security) in Lok Sabha on deputation has been awarded President's Police Medal.
- This is the first time in the history of parliament when a security officer has got this prestigious award. Joshi, who joined the BSF on October 5, 1987, has rendered service in militancy-hit areas like Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and North East, deployed mainly in CI (OPS).
- He was assigned multi-faceted roles varying from Operations to Staff Officer. A qualified Electrical Mechanical Assistant Engineer on Small Arms trained by the Indian Army was selected and picked for prestigious posting to CENWOSTO, the only one of its kind of Base Repair Workshop in BSF as Manager Production, Stores Officer, Material Control Officer and Works Manager.
- Promoted to the rank of Commandant in Nov 2004, he was deployed in the most hyper-sensitive militant infested area of Sopore, J&K. 22769. Noida authority launches door-to-door electronic waste collection
- The authorities in Noida launched a door-to-door electronic waste collection drive on Tuesday. A vehicle has been launched for this purpose and all Noida residents can avail this facility by calling toll-free numbers - 18002031460 and 18004190431.

- The authority has already selected two private companies for recycling of electronic garbage. The vehicle will be mounted with a GPS system for monitoring its movement. The private companies selected for this job will also be monitored online.

22770. VOC Port records 10.37% growth in cargo handling in first three quarters
- Though the Covid-19 pandemic has upended the landscape of global maritime trade, VOC Port has handled 26.05 million tonnes of cargo and 5.93 lakh TEUs of containers till December 2021, during this financial year.
- This is 10.37% more when compared to the corresponding period last year, chairman of VOC port trust T K Ramachandran said at the 73rd R-Day celebrations at the port school ground
- As a part of ‘Gati Sakthi’ initiative, of the government of India, VOC Port has taken up number of projects such as the conversion of Berth No 9 as the third container terminal, mechanisation of north cargo Berth-3 and conversion of Berths 1, 2, 3 and 4 as container terminals
