23491. सरकार का इरादा 2030 तक निजी कारों में ईवी की बिक्री हिस्सेदारी 30 प्रतिशत करने का: गडकरी
- सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा, "सरकार का इरादा 2030 तक निजी कारों में इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की बिक्री हिस्सेदारी 30 प्रतिशत, वाणिज्यिक वाहनों में 70 प्रतिशत, बसों में 40 प्रतिशत और दोपहिया एवं तिपहिया वाहनों में 80 प्रतिशत करना है।
- अगर इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन बिक्री 2030 तक दोपहिया और कारों के खंड में 40 प्रतिशत और बसों के लिए 100 प्रतिशत के करीब पहुंच जाती है, तो भारत कच्चे तेल की खपत को 15.6 करोड़ टन कम करने में सक्षम होगा जिसकी कीमत 3.5 लाख करोड़ रुपये है।
- परिवहन क्षेत्र में कार्बन उत्सर्जन कम करने और अर्थव्यवस्था, पारिस्थितिकी और पर्यावरण के दृष्टिकोण से इसे सतत बनाने की तत्काल जरूरत है

23492. India expected to grow by 8.3 per cent in 2021-22: World Bank

23494. CESL achieves 50 lakhs LED bulb distribution milestone
- Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), has achieved a remarkable milestone of distributing 50 lakhs LED bulbs under ”Project Crore” of the Gram Ujala programme.
- CESL began this journey of illuminating the villages in March this year. On the National Energy Conservation Day this month, CESL achieved the feat of distributing 10 lakh bulbs in a single day.
- CESL is providing high-quality 7-Watt and 12-Watt LED bulbs with 3 years guarantee at a cost of Rs 10 per bulb in exchange for working incandescent bulbs. Every household can exchange a maximum of 5 bulbs. The distribution has resulted in energy savings of 71,99,68,373.28 units per year with cost savings of Rs 250 crores per year in the rural areas of states where the scheme is being implemented.
23495. From Arunachal to Ladakh, India strengthens its border along China with inauguration of 24 bridges and three roads
- Built by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), of the 24 bridges, nine are in Jammu and Kashmir; five each in Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh; three in Uttarakhand and one each in Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. Of the three roads, two are in Ladakh and one is in West Bengal.
- The e-inauguration has taken the tally of infrastructure projects executed by BRO to a record 102 in a single working season.
- The BRO has completed the construction in a record timeframe, with state-of-the-art technology used in most of them. Earlier in June, Singh had dedicated to the nation 12 roads and 63 bridges – totalling 75 projects - in the 75th year of Independence under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’.
23496. 5G network to roll out in India by 2022, will be available in metro cities first, says DoT
- DoT noted that the 5G network will first be available in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jamnagar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pune.
- Earlier this year, 5G trials were carried out in most of these cities by telecom operators Airtel, Jio and Vi.DoT noted that 13 cities across the country will get 5G in the beginning.5G technology is expected to deliver an improved user experience in terms of data download rates.
- “Costing Rs 224 crore, the project is likely to be completed by December 31, 2021, paving the way for end-to-end testing of 5G (/topic/5g) User Equipments (UEs) and network equipment by 5G (/topic/5g) stakeholders developing 5G (/topic/5g) products/services/use cases, including indigenous start-ups, SMEs, Academia and Industry in the country," DoT said.

23497. Zypp Electric plans to deploy 1 lakh EVs by 2022
- Zypp Electric expects its turnover to jump more than five times to around Rs 25 crore during this fiscal year.
- Zypp Electric plans to expand to 1 lakh EVs in the next 18 months in top ten cities of India.The tech-enabled EV shared mobility platform expects its turnover to jump more than five times to around Rs 25 crore.Zypp Electric converted more than 1.1 million shipments from IC engine to electric in FY21.
- To scale up further EV adoption, the firm expects to grow three times further as they expand to 1 lakh EVs and hire 450-500 employees, largely in technology and operations.
23498. रियल एस्टेट निवेशकों के लिए खुला जम्मू-कश्मीर, पहली बार में ही हासिल किया 18,300 करोड़ का निवेश
- संघीय प्रदेश को निवेश के लिए खोला गया और खुलते ही इस प्रदेश को लगभग 18,300 करोड़ का निवेश मिल गया
- म्मू-कश्मीर की सरकार ने सोमवार को आवास और वाणिज्यिक परियोजनाओं के विकास के लिए 18,300 करोड़ रुपये के 39 समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर कर, देश के रियल एस्टेट निवेशकों के लिए इस केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का दरवाजा खोल दिया है। इसका अर्थ यह हुआ कि अब इस प्रदेश में अन्य राज्यों की तरह खुल कर निवेश होंगे, रोजगार बढ़ेगा और यह विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर होगा।
- आज 39 समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। हमें 18,300 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश प्रस्ताव मिले हैं।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि केंद्र शासित प्रदेश को निकट भविष्य में रियल एस्टेट क्षेत्र में 60,000 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश प्राप्त होने की संभावना है, क्योंकि वर्तमान सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता इस क्षेत्र को बदलना है, ताकि केंद्र शासित प्रदेश की अर्थव्यवस्था पर अच्छा प्रभाव पड़े।

- भारत के लिए कोरोना से जंग में पहली मेड इन इंडिया वैक्सीन कोवाक्सिन ने काफी अहम भूमिका निभाई है। हालांकि, अभी भी देश में 80 फीसदी से ज्यादा लोगों को ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी-एस्ट्रा जेनेका द्वारा बनाई गई कोविशील्ड ही लगी है।
- सरकार ने आज कोरोना की दो वैक्सीन और दवा को आपात इस्तेमाल की मंजूरी दे दी। जिन दो वैक्सीन्स को मंजूरी मिली है, उनमें एक वैक्सीन नोवावैक्स की कोवोवैक्स है। दूसरी वैक्सीन भारतीय कंपनी बायोलॉजिकल ई की कोर्बिवैक्स है। वहीं, मंजूर हुए एंटी कोरोना ड्रग का नाम मोल्नुपिराविर है और इसे मर्क नाम की विदेशी कंपनी ने बनाया है।
- भारत ने इस वैक्सीन के 30 करोड़ डोज का ऑर्डर इस साल अप्रैल में ही दे दिया था। यह वो समय था, जब इस वैक्सीन का ट्रायल चल रहा था और इसकी प्रभावशीलता को लेकर कोई शुरुआती डेटा भी सामने नहीं आया था। हैदराबाद की इस निजी कंपनी ने अब तक एफिकेसी का डेटा रिलीज नहीं किया है, इसके बावजूद इस वैक्सीन को भारत के लिए काफी अहम करार दिया जा रहा है।
23500. एक छोटी पान की दुकान से लेकर 300 करोड़ रुपये के कारोबार पर नजर रखने वाली फूड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कंपनी तक, कुछ ऐसी है SCPL की कहानी
- गली में पान की दुकान से सार्वजनिक रूप से सूचीबद्ध फूड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कंपनी के निर्माण तक, जिसका लक्ष्य अगले वित्तीय वर्ष तक 300 करोड़ रुपये का कारोबार करना है, एससीपीएल ने एक लंबा सफर तय किया है। कंपनी अब गुजरात के सौराष्ट्र क्षेत्र से पूरे भारतीय बाजार पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश कर रही है।
- संस्थापकों के समर्पण, धैर्य और दृढ़ता ने 2017 में एससीपीएल को सार्वजनिक रूप से सूचीबद्ध कंपनी बना दिया। एससीपीएल के पास अब छह अलग-अलग राज्यों में 300 से अधिक वितरकों का एक मजबूत वितरण नेटवर्क है और इसके 35,000 से अधिक खुदरा आउटलेट हैं।
