411. Raj launches health dialogue platform
- On December 28, 2025, Medical education department launched a digital dialogue platform, ‘e-Swasthya Samvad' in Jaipur rajasthan.
- Medical education commissioner said this digital dialogue will be organised every Tuesday and Thursday through video conferencing. The dialogue will occur in two phases.
- The decisions made will be recorded as "instant minutes", and it will be mandatory for officers to submit an action taken report within 72 hours. Monitoring of all cases will be done by the commissioner.
412. Assam Tops India’s Fastest-Growing State Economies Over Five Years

413. DRDO’s DMSRDE and National Test House Sign MoU to Boost Research, Testing and Training Collaboration
- On Deember 28, 2025, the Defence Materials and Stores Research and Development Establishment (DMSRDE), a Kanpur-based laboratory of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Test House (NTH) to enhance collaboration in the fields of research, testing and training.
- The MoU aims to strengthen institutional cooperation through collaborative research and testing activities. Both organisations will share laboratory and instrumentation facilities and extend mutual support in testing and evaluation services, especially where specialised facilities are not available in-house.
- Under the agreement, DMSRDE and NTH will cooperate in areas of mutual interest and national importance. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to enhancing research and testing capabilities while contributing to national development and self-reliance.
414. Assam cabinet approves ₹115.11 crore NABARD loan for infra push
- On December 28, 2025, the Assam Cabinet approved a ₹115.11 crore NABARD loan to speed up infrastructure projects in four districts.
- The cabinet cleared amendments to the Assam Police Manual to allow both armed and unarmed personnel to compete for ASI promotions, and approved the settlement of 732 land proposals under Mission Basundhara 3.0 and 168 proposals under Mission Basundhara 2.0 in Kamrup (Metro).
- Amendments enabling digital land services will improve transparency and help Assam access ₹150 crore in incentives.

- On December 27, 2025, India notified its first dedicated standard for bomb disposal systems IS 19445 2025through the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to strengthen the country’s security infrastructure.
- Developed at the request of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs and the Terminal Ballistic Research Laboratory, the standard sets clear guidelines to evaluate bomb disposal systems against blast and splinter effects under Indian threat conditions.
- Intended for voluntary adoption, the standard aims to ensure uniform testing, improve quality manufacturing, enhance operational confidence, and support Indian manufacturers in meeting global performance benchmarks.
417. Chamarajanagar district’s first Government Law College inaugurated

- The Government of India approved seven PM MITRA textile parks across seven states with an outlay of ₹4,445 crore, attracting MoUs worth over ₹27,434 crore. The National Technical Textiles Mission (₹1,480 crore), PLI scheme (₹28,711 crore investment) and large-scale R&D projects strengthened manufacturing, innovation and employment.
- GST cuts on garments, man made fibres, carpets and handicrafts boosted competitiveness and exports. The government also supported cotton farmers through MSP procurement worth ₹37,450 crore, while handloom and artisan schemes improved market access, credit and social security, aligning with Vision 2030 of $100 billion textile exports.

419. India's electronics production rises 6-fold, exports jump 8-fold since 2014
